Kanybek Apbasov, Head of the Uzgen District State Administration and Akim of the district, paid a working visit to the Salam-Alik Rural Municipality. During the visit, he inspected social facilities and reviewed the progress of ongoing infrastructure projects.
The district head examined construction work related to road infrastructure, clean drinking water, education and the processing of agricultural products.
A total of 2.6 million soms has been allocated from the national budget and 246,000 soms from the local budget for the construction of a one-kilometre pavement along Rayymbekov Street in Salam-Alik village.
Under the CASA-1000 project, the ARIS Community Development and Investment Agency allocated 6 million soms for the construction of a fruit processing and drying facility.
In addition, 28 million soms has been allocated from the national budget to provide Salam-Alik village with clean drinking water. Construction work is currently progressing actively.
In Karchybek village, the As-Safa Public Development Foundation is constructing a new school designed for 90 pupils. The foundation has already been laid, and construction is continuing.
After inspecting the construction sites and reviewing the key issues, the district head instructed the head of the rural municipality and the relevant government agencies to ensure that the projects are completed to a high standard and within the established deadlines.
During the working visit, Kanybek Apbasov also inspected the conditions at the summer camp organized for pupils of the Razzakov Boarding School and met with the children.
The summer camp in Salam-Alik village was fully renovated at the personal expense of Elmурza Satybaldiev, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Uzgen District State Administration expressed its gratitude for the support provided.
